Description

The Plasmids for Multiplexed Optical Sensors Arrayed in Islands of Cells (MOSAIC) plasmid kit is comprised of 19 lentiviral plasmids for expression of diverse fluorescent sensors of physiological parameters in cells and 16 entry vectors for cloning applications.

The following sensors are included in this kit:

  • Plasmid membrane voltage sensor (QuasAr2-mOrange2) and channelrhodopsin (CheRiff-eGFP)
  • Cytosolic, mitochondrial, and endoplasmid reticulum calcium sensors (GCaMP6F, Mitycam, and GCaMPer), superecliptic pHIuorins, ratiometric pHIuorins, and glutathione redox sensors (Grx1-roGFP2, mito-roGFP2-Grx1, and Grx1-roGFP1-ie_ER)
  • Cytosolic chloride (ClopHensorN), Peredox NADH/NAD+, and PercevalHR ATP/ADP sensors
  • Cytosolic (roGFP2-Orp1) and mitochondrial (mito-roGFP2-Orp1) oxidation sensors

Array of islands of HEK cells, each expressing a fluorescent reporter of a distinct physiological modality.
