Depositing Lab: Vladimir Nekrasov
The MoClo CRISPR/Cas Toolkit for Plants includes 95 plasmids consisting of CRISPR/Cas nucleases, base editors, gRNA backbones, and promoters for expression in monocots and dicots.
This kit will be sent as bacterial glycerol stocks in 96-well plate format.

Description
Included in the MoClo CRISPR/Cas Toolkit for Plants are 95 plasmids to generate CRISPR constructs for genome editing in monocots and dicots. A variety of nucleases including SpCas9, SaCas9, FnCas12a, LbCas12a, xCas9 3.7, and SpCas9-NG allow for targeting of different PAM sites within the plant genome. Plasmids encoding both cytosine and adenine base editors are also included. Expression of these factors can be driven by Pol II promoters for use in both monocots and dicots. For expression of targeting sequences used by these different nucleases, this kit also includes gRNA, crRNA, and tRNA-gRNA backbones as well as Pol III promoters. Extensive protocols can be found in the original publication for the construction of plasmids for use in a number of different experimental systems.
See Kit Documentation under the Protocols & Resources tab for a complete list of the plasmids and inserts.

- Resistance Color Key
Each circle corresponds to a specific antibiotic resistance in the kit plate map wells.
- Inventory
Searchable and sortable table of all plasmids in kit. The Well column lists the plasmid well location in its plate. The Plasmid column links to a plasmid's individual web page.
- Kit Plate Map
96-well plate map for plasmid layout. Hovering over a well reveals the plasmid name, while clicking on a well opens the plasmid page.
