Depositor Comments
An authentic NFAT3 reporter was constructed containing two tandem copies of the sequence 5′-CGCGTCTATCCTTTTGTTTTCCATCCTG-3′ derived from the BNP promoter and previously demonstrated to bind NFAT3.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
