A portion of this plasmid was derived from a plasmid made byThe pSin4-EF2-IRES-Pur was obtained from Addgene (James Thomson's laboratory) in the form of pSin-EF2-Oct4-Pur. The WPRE/LoxP LTR portion was obtained from Addgene in the form of pWPT-GFP (Luigi Naldini's laboratory). Transgene ORFs were cloned from human factor cDNAs.
