mTF-CRISPRai Library
(Pooled Library #122131)
-
Purpose
This CRISPRai library contains gRNAs targeting all mouse putative transcription factors according to the TRANSFAC database. The sgRNA design region spans -3000 bp to +1500 bp around the TSS of the target genes. This library activates target genes when used with dCas9 activation systems, such as the SunTag system and the dCas9-VP64 system. Conversely, it represses target genes when used with dCas9 repression systems, such as the dCas9-KRAB system.
