Mouse Liver CRISPR Knockout Library

  • Purpose

    This library targets 13,189 of the 13,266 protein-coding genes expressed in the mouse liver at any time point in development, adulthood, and regeneration (as determined by RNAseq, FPKM > 0.3), alongside 6,500 control sgRNAs. This includes an average of 5 sgRNAs per gene, 2,000 non-targeting control sgRNAs and 4,500 control-gene-targeting sgRNAs for a total of 71,878 sgRNAs. It can be used for genome-scale screening in the mouse liver.

  • A Cas9 plasmid is NOT included with this item and will have to be ordered separately. Can be used in conjunction with any Streptococcus pyogenes Cas9 (SpCas9), such as lentiCas9-Blast (#52962), including inducible SpCas9 mice.
