Description
The MoClo Plant Parts II and Infrastructure Kit contains 95 DNA modules compatible with the Modular Cloning (MoClo) system for hierarchical assembly of plant multigene constructs. Most modules are fully or partially compatible with the GoldenBraid standard.
This kit contains approximately 80 Level 0 modules (phytobricks; e.g. promoters, epitope tags, subcellular localization signals, genes). A further set of Level 0 modules is intended for the assembly of Gateway destination vectors by MoClo. A set of shuttle vectors allows the conversion of MoClo modules containing coding sequences into Gateway entry vectors. Furthermore, the kit contains eight vectors for yeast two hybrid assays or type III secretion system-dependent bacterium-to-plant delivery of proteins compatible with the MoClo system (vectors receive CDS1 or CDS1ns modules). The kit also contains a Golden Gate cloning-compatible TRV-RNA2 vector for virus-induced gene silencing.

- Resistance Color Key
Each circle corresponds to a specific antibiotic resistance in the kit plate map wells.
- Inventory
Searchable and sortable table of all plasmids in kit. The Well column lists the plasmid well location in its plate. The Plasmid column links to a plasmid's individual web page.
- Kit Plate Map
96-well plate map for plasmid layout. Hovering over a well reveals the plasmid name, while clicking on a well opens the plasmid page.
