Depositor Comments
The PPARg2 cDNA was isolated from the adipocyte lambda ZAPII library derived from pBluescript-PPARg2 plasmid (Tontonoz et al 1994, Genes Dev 8:1224-1234) as an XbaI-XhoI fragment. Blunt end ligation into EcoRI site of pBABE puro.
