Depositor Comments

This construct has the DNA binding domain of mouse ZFP57 including two separate groups of zinc fingers and the linker in between. In our published work about methylation sensitivity assay, only the truncated first group of Zinc finger (F1-F3) was used for Methyl-Spec-seq assay.
