Depositor Comments
This clone will direct the expression of functional human ICAM-1 in a variety of cell types. This sequence has been deposited in Genbank with accession number J03132. Also see refs: Nature 329, 840-842 (1987) and Nature 339, 61-64 (1989)
Please use either GenBank IDs NM_000201.1 or J03132.1 as a refence sequence for the ICAM-1 insert in this plasmid. GenBank ID NM_000201.2 (updated after this plasmid was created) is not accurate for comparison.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
