Depositor Comments

This plasmid contains a c4351t substitution within the shRNA. The depositing lab states that they do not know whether this mutation affects plasmid function.

pSico allows for conditional (Cre-Lox), stable expression of shNKCC1. Cre expression excises GFP and allows for shNKCC1 expression.
