This gel depicts the NEB 1kb DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 73858 with EcoRI-HF and BamHI-HF.
We predict the following banding patterns:
EcoRI-HF single digest: 10kb
BamHI-HF single digest: 10kb
EcoRI-HF / BamHI-HF double digest: 1kb and 9.1kb
We see the expected result.
