63158 with the following enzymes: AgeI-HF single digest, XhoI single digest, and AgeI-HF and XhoI double digest
We predict the following results: AgeI-HF - 8.8kb; XhoI - 8.8kb; AgeI-HF + XhoI - 7kb & 1.8kb
We see the expected pattern.
