This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid MS2-P65-HSF1_GFP with the following enzymes: EcoRI-HF and BamHI-HF.
Digested with EcoRI-HF, expected band at 11.4 kb.
Digested with EcoRI-HF/BamHI-HF, expected band at 9.7 and 1.7 kb.
We see the expected results.
