A portion of this plasmid was derived from a plasmid made byAntoine Tinel in Jurg Tschopp's lab cloned pMSCV-Pidd1. We generated point mutation using site-directed mutagenesis. *The Tschopp clone also contains V806D and R877H mutations, which are not known to affect function.
