Addgene diagnostic digest
This digest confirms the presence of the ~1.1kb M.EcoT22I module, which has an additional EcoRI site not found in Plasmid 58495. The following gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: EcoRI and PstI. We expect PstI to produce the following bands: 9.1kb (insert) and 8.4kb (backbone), which run as a doublet. EcoRI should produce 5 bands. We see the expected patterns.
