Uncut;

SapI.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest:
Uncut - 14.9kb;
KpnI -14.9kb;
EcoRI - 14.9kb;
BamHI - 14.9kb;
KpnI + BamHI - 8.2kb + 6.7 kb;
EcoRI + BamHI - 10.4kb + 4.5 kb;
SapI - 8.3kb + 3.4kb + 3.1 kb.
We see the expected pattern.
