This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid
52473 with the following enzyme: SmaI single digest , BamHI-HF single digest, and AgeI-HF and KpnI-HF double digest. These enzymes yield the following band sizes: SmaI - 4.6 & 2.7kb; BamHI - 5.3, 1.2, & 0.8kb; and AgeI/KpnI - 4.5 & 2.8 kb.
