This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid Nano-lantern(Ca2+)_300/pcDNA3 with the following enzymes: BamHI-HF, EcoRI-HF, and PstI-HF. For BamHI-HF/EcoRI-HF we expected bands of 2.2 and 5.5 kb. For PstI-HF, we expected bands 2, 1.4, and 4.2 kb.
We see the expected pattern.
