pCAG-Brainbow3.0 Notes
Addgene Diagnostic Digest for 45176
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pCAG-Brainbow3.0 with the following enzymes:Pme I, SaII-HF, EcoRI-HF and SaII-HF + Pme I double digest.
The digest result suggests that the total plasmid size is ~8kb, rather than the expected 5.7kb and SalI cuts the plasmid twice, rather than once.
