Adenoviral plasmid for overexpression of tet transactivator (tTA) from CMV promoter

Addgene's sequencing result identified an 82bp insert at bp# 699 when compared to the full plasmid sequence provided by the depositing laboratory. This difference does not affect the function of the plasmid.
