Depositor Comments
First generation genetically encoded, ratiometric, fluorescent biosensor. Zn(II)-binding domain derived from mammalian Zif268. ZifCY2 is a variant of ZifCY1. The two cysteines (amino acids 237 and 242) in the Zn(II)-binding domain of ZifCY1 are mutated to histidines in ZifCY2.
