This gel depicts the NEB 1kb DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid #36153 with the enzymes NotI-HF and EcoRI-HF
We expected the following banding patterns:
NotI-HF single digest: 7.3kb
NotI-HF/EcoRI-HF double digest: 6kb and 1.2kb
Our results indicate the plasmid may be slightly bigger than expected.
