Depositor Comments

To constuct this vector the 2.5 kb Gateway cassette attP2R-ccdB-cmR-attP3 was cloned into pCR2.1-TOPO (Invitrogen) generating plasmid pTOPO-attP2R-ccdB-attP3. The P2R-ccdB-cmR-P3 cassette was then excised from pTOPO-attP2R-ccdB-attP3 by digestion with HindIII and KpnI and inserted in the binary vector pPZP-RCS2.

Note that Addgene's sequencing results contain a single nucleotide mismatch at bp#4262 when compared to the depositor's sequence. This discrepancy does not affect the function of the plasmid.
