Addgene Diagnostic Digest for 25897
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of plasmid 25897: pLX303 with the following enzymes: NaeI single digest, AgeI + KpnI double digest and StuI + XhoI double digest. The expected pattern of bands was observed.
