There are a few mismatches between the sequence provided and the existing NCBI sequence, specifically - E168 deletion and D172N D173E mutations.
The construct works fine and the mismatches are probably due to outdated reference sequence in NCBI.
The tags on this plasmid are not in frame with hMcl-1.
