Berger Lab Human Paralog Knockout Library (pgPEN)
(Pooled Library #171172)

  • Purpose

The human pgPEN lentiviral CRISPR library induces knockouts of paralogous genes. Plasmids in the library express a pair of two guide RNAs (pgRNAs). Each construct knocks out an individual gene or pair of paralogs.

  • Vector Backbone

    lentiGuide-Puro (Plasmid #52963) - does not express Cas9
