Depositor Comments

Please note that this plasmid does not contain the full-length hSlo2.2 (KCNT1) sequence. When compared to GenBank reference sequence NM_020822, the hSlo2.2 insert in this plasmid is missing the first 159 nucleotides of the coding region, which represent the first 53 amino acids of the hSlo2.2 protein sequence.
