Depositor Comments
pC.HA was derived from plasmid pCG (Tanaka, M, and Herr, W., 1990. Cell 60:375-386). pCG contains the human CMV promoter, the HSV tk gene 5' untranslated leader and initiation codon, rabbit beta-globin gene splicing and polyA singals, and the replicon origin of SV40.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
