The genomic sequence of ARF17 (At1g77850), including 1.9 and 1.7 kb of putative 5' and 3' regulatory sequences, respectively, was cloned as an 6.6-kb EcoRI-SpeI fragment into pBluescript II SK+ (Stratagene, La Jolla, CA) from the BAC F28K19. See "sequence" for full insert sequence.
