Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pUG-303 with the following enzymes: SphI and SalI-HF.
The results are consistent with Addgene's QC result: 2 bands at ~6kb and 4.1kb. The ~10kb band is incomplete, linearized plasmid
