Depositor Comments
Plasmids pJC6GL3, pJSXGL3, pJTXGL3, and pJSTXGL3 contain positions -225 to +150 of the murine c-jun promoter. pJSXGL3, pJTXGL3, and pJSTXGL3 contain mutations at the MEF2 site, ATF (AP1-like) site, and both sites, respectively.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
