- Plasmid pDH22 is based upon pyGFP described in Prein et al. Plasmid pDH22 is coupled with pSH47 to introduce YFP at the N-terminal end of a protein as described in the Prein et al. paper. The mutations described for pDH5 were introduced into pyGFP to convert the GFP to YFP. Some common restriction enzyme sites are shown. The sequence of the forward primer is cggccgccagggg. The sequence of the reverse primer is tttgtacaattcatccataccatggg.
