Notice of Takeda Intellectual Property. In addition to the restrictions set forth in the Research Use Only Terms, Recipient agrees not to use the name, trademark, trade name or logo of Takeda other than to acknowledge that the IPI antibody(ies) are covered by patents controlled by Takeda. For clarity, the Recipient shall not transfer, sell or assign the IPI Antibody(ies) to any other third party.
