Human Cas13 lncRNA Library
(Pooled Library #227014)

  • Purpose

The human CRISPR-Cas13 lentiviral pooled library targets long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) that are highly expressed in human tissues for transcriptome-wide knockdown screens. It also targets the protein-coding genes nearest to these lncRNAs to determine cis-regulatory functions.

  • Must be used in cells that express RfxCas13d (not Cas9); a Cas13 plasmid is NOT included with this item and will have to be ordered separately. The depositing lab recommends using pLentiRNACRISPR_007 - TetO-NLS-RfxCas13d-NLS-WPRE-EFS-rtTA3-2A-Blast (Addgene #138149) to first make a RfxCas13d-expressing cell line.
