Rock Lab Mycobacterium tuberculosis CRISPRi Library
(Pooled Library #163954)

  • Purpose

This CRISPR repression library inhibits expression of open reading frames (ORFs) and non-coding RNAs in M. tuberculosis (RLC12).

The anhydrotetracycline (ATc)-inducible CRISPRi library was constructed in an L5-integrating backbone. It can be used in competitive growth experiments to reveal gene vulnerability.
