  • Purpose

    This lentiviral genome-wide CRISPR knockout library targets 18,741 mouse genes with 10 guide RNAs per gene. The library is divided into two parts (M1 and M2) with 5 gRNAs per gene in each half-library.

    The guide RNA design for this library was optimized to maximize on-target cleavage effects and minimize off-target effects.

Library Shipping

This library will be delivered as two pooled DNA half-libraries in microcentrifuge tubes on blue ice. The tube's contents will not necessarily be frozen. For best results, minimize freeze-thaws. For each half-library tube, you will receive:
