Basic AVEXIS Plasmids
AVEXIS is an avidity-based extracellular interaction screen to detect protein interactions, where the extracellular regions of receptor proteins are expressed as both monomeric baits and multimerised enzyme-tagged preys.
The Basic AVEXIS palsmid set is all that you will need to start producing proteins for AVEXIS screening. It includes negative control bait and preys (containing the Cd4 tag alone) and the CD200 and CD200 receptor bait and prey plasmids as a positive control.
