Feng Zhang - Multiplexed Overexpression of Regulatory Factors (MORF) Collection

The MORF library is a comprehensive human transcription factor collection that contains 1,836 genes encoded by 3,548 isoforms and two control vectors. The individual clones, or the pooled library containing the entire pooled collection, can be purchased at Addgene. Each transcription factor isoform has a unique 24 bp barcode that simplifies identification of the transcription factor isoform in pooled screens. This collection and library can be used for screening transcription factors for applications such as cellular programming or cancer drug resistance.
