TREAT-AD Plasmid Collection

The TREAT-AD centers are focused on diversifying the portfolio of drug targets in Alzheimer’s disease (AD) by generating validated resources for emerging targets in AD and creating high-quality, well-characterized lead molecules for prioritized targets that are valued opportunities for further translational investment. All resources and high-quality research tools are shared openly. Plasmids from Emory-Sage-SGC and IUSM-Purdue TREAT-AD centers will be deposited at Addgene and available to request.
