iPSC Neurodegenerative Disease Initiative (iNDI) Collection

iNDI wordmark

The iPSC Neurodegenerative Disease Initiative (iNDI) project aims to generate and characterize single nucleotide variant lines in an isogenic cellular background. All cell lines and phenotypic datasets that result from this effort will be broadly shared with the research community. To this end, all plasmids that result from the project efforts will be made available for research purposes in the iNDI plasmid collection at Addgene.

iNDI Plasmids

The following plasmids can be used to create cell lines with endogenously-tagged gene variants or to differentiate human iPSCs into other cell types, as noted in the purpose field:

iNDI is an ongoing project of the Center for Alzheimer’s and Related Dementias (CARD) at the NIH.
