"" CRISPR Fly Design

Background

CRISPR fly design is a genome engineering project in Drosophila, consisting of transgenic cas9 fly lines and gRNA plasmids. Project tools can be used for both generating knockouts and precise modifications using HDR.

For more information about this project, please refer to the CRISPR Fly Design homepage.
