Janelia Research Campus of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute is an independent research institution where scientists pursue neuroscience and imaging. Janelia’s open science philosophy means that many of the tools and innovations created there are made available to the research community.
Janelia has developed fluorescent proteins for imaging such as GCaMP, viral vectors for delivery including multiple AAV variants, and genome engineering tools like Cre-Lox. Browse available plasmids from each PI listed below.
