Purpose: Mammalian expression of cell-surface protein extracellular domain fused to COMP5AP-AviTag-9xHis. Protein is secreted from cells.
Viral Prep

Purpose: Ready-to-use AAV1 particles produced from pAAV-CAG-NIR-GECO2G (#159605). CAG-driven expression of the near-infrared calcium indicator NIR-GECO2G. These AAV preparations are suitable purity for injection into animals.
