Depositor Comments

Plasmid encodes a second insert: mEos2 (from Lobophyllia hemprichii). A glycine-rich linker sequence (GEGQGQGQGPGRGYAYRS), which was reported to be necessary for cell line generation, was inserted as a spacer between mEos2 and PCNA.
