Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid p-mCherry-N1-iChloC_CA with the following enzymes: EcoRV-HF and NotI-HF.
Expected Bands:
EcoRV-HF - 5.7 kb
NotI-HF - 4.9 kb & 0.7 kb
The expected bands are present. Please note the presence of contaminating bands that are not affected by restriction digest and are an artifact of the purification.
