Depositor Comments

This plasmid is for ES cell targeting of a Dre responsive cassette into the Rosa26 locus. It consists of a 5' homology arm, CAG promoter, Rox-flanked neomycin resistance and stop cassette, SwaI cloning site, WPRE and bgh pA elements, and a 3' homology arm. The cDNA of interest (expressed in response to Dre recombination) can be cloned into the SwaI site. This vector lacks the sgRNA target sequence found in the px330_Rosa_sgRNA plasmid.
