This plasmid is for ES cell targeting into the Rosa26 locus. It consists of a 5' homology arm and a 3' homology arm only. A cassette of interest can be cloned into a PacI site between the two arms. This vector lacks the sgRNA target sequence found in the px330_Rosa_sgRNA plasmid.
