This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pLenti-sgRNA-lib 2.0 with the following enzymes: SpeI-HF and EcoRI-HF.
We expect and see the following bands:
SpeI-HF: 10 kb
EcoRI-HF: 7.8 kb & 2.2 kb
SpeI-HF/ EcoRI-HF: 4.4 kb, 3.5 kb, & 2.2 kb
