Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid lentiMPH v2 with the following enzyme(s): NotI-HF and Xma I.
Expected bands:
NotI-HF - ~8kb + 3.7kb
NotI-HF/Xma I - 4.3kb + 3.5kb (double band) + 196 bp (not visible)
Results:
We observed the expected bands for both digests.
